Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

 

Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified on 29 June
2023 that, Terance Butler Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder and PDMR
of OHT, purchased 135,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company at an average price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Terance Butler Holdings Limited's beneficial interest
in the Company is 23,348,559 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 18.55
per cent. of the total issued share capital.
