Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified on 27
November 2023 that, Stephen Walker, Non-Executive Director and PDMR of OHT,
purchased in aggregate 40,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company at an average price of 9.6 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Stephen Walker's beneficial interest in the Company is
415,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.33 per cent. of the
Company's total voting rights.
