Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

 

Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified on 23
January 2024 that, Stephen Walker, Non-Executive Director and PDMR of OHT,
purchased in aggregate 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company at an average price of 11.6 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Stephen Walker's beneficial interest in the Company is
465,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.37 per cent. of the
Company's total voting rights.
