Methanex to acquire OCI's methanol business for $2.05 bln

Sept 8 (Reuters) - Methanex  MX.TO  said on Sunday it
will acquire OCI Global's  OCI.AS  methanol business in a
cash-and-stock deal for $2.05 billion.
