Further to the release on the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") of the
Group's annual results and the publication of the reviewed condensed financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("FY2021") on Tuesday, 15 March
2022, shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements
have been released and have been audited by KPMG Inc. and Deloitte &
Touche, who expressed an unmodified opinion thereon. The audited annual
financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed condensed
financial statements for FY2021, published on 15 March 2022. The Old Mutual
Limited Audited Annual Financial Statements containing the audit opinion,
including key audit matters, can be obtained on the Company's website via the
