OLD MUTUAL HOLDINGS PLC (KENYA) HAS RELEASED ITS INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED

30 JUNE 2025

 

Old Mutual would like to notify all concerned that its subsidiary, Old Mutual Holdings plc (Kenya) ("OMH plc") has announced the release of its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025.

 

The release of the interim results is required by the Capital Markets Authority Kenya under

paragraph 3.2 of the Thirteenth Schedule of The Capital Markets (Public Offers, Listings and Disclosures) Regulations, 2023. The interim results of OMH plc, as announced, have been published on its website and can be found at: https://wwww.oldmutual.co.ke/about-us/investor-relations.

 

OMH plc is a subsidiary of Old Mutual East Africa Holdings, held by Old Mutual Africa Holdings, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Old Mutual.
