("OnTheMarket", the "Group" or the "Company")

 

Grant of options

OnTheMarket plc, the majority agent-owned company which operates the
OnTheMarket.com (http://www.onthemarket.com) property portal, announces that
it awarded the following options, under the Company's Deferred Benefit Plan
("DBP"), yesterday over 429,467 ordinary shares of £0.002 in the Company
("Ordinary Shares").

virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and set out more details of
