OnTheMarket plc, the majority agent-owned company which operates the
OnTheMarket.com property portal, today announces that the Company's Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2-6 Boundary Row, London, SE1 8HP on
26 July 2022 at 11:00 a.m.

 

Shareholders who still wish to attend the AGM in person are asked to register
their intention as soon as practicable by email to
investorrelations@onthemarket.com (mailto:investorrelations@onthemarket.com)
with the subject title "AGM 2022" to enable the Company to ensure the venue
remains safe and the relevant risk assessments can be performed.

 

Hard copies of the Company's Annual Report and Consolidated Financial
Statements for the year ended 31 January 2022 and the Notice of Annual General
Meeting will be posted today to shareholders who elected to receive these.
Electronic copies are available on the Company's website
at https://plc.onthemarket.com within the Investors section.
