Result of Annual General Meeting

 

OnTheMarket plc (AIM: OTMP), the majority agent-owned company which operates
the OnTheMarket.com (https://www.onthemarket.com/) property portal, is pleased
to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the
Company held earlier today were duly passed.

The total number of proxy votes received in respect of all resolutions were as
follows:
