premarket after co scraps planned equity raise
    ** Co requests SEC to withdraw registration statement as it
opts not to pursue public offering
    ** Click here for prior Mar 28 stock-and-warrants filing
    ** ONCS shares last Mon fell 50% to close at $1.30 after co
said review by independent panel for its skin cancer therapy in
combination with Merck & Co Inc's  MRK.N  Keytruda failed to
meet overall response rate in mid-stage study
    ** Through Thurs close, ONCS shares have lost 33% YTD amid
96% drop over the past 12 months
