Change of adviser

 

Online Blockchain plc ("OBC or the "Company") announces that Beaumont Cornish
Limited has ceased to act as the Company's Nominated Adviser with immediate
effect. As a result, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be
suspended from 7.30 a.m. today, Tuesday 5 December 2023 until a new Nominated
Adviser is appointed by the Company. Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement
Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month, the admission of the
Company's securities will be cancelled on AIM.

 

In addition, the Company is seeking to appoint a new corporate broker and a
further announcement will be made in due course.
