CHANGE OF SERVICE PROVIDERS AND REGISTERED OFFICE

 

 

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") announces that, with
effect from 3 May 2025, the Company has appointed NSM Funds Limited of Les
Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1AR as its
Administrator and Company Secretary and Global Fund Management Services
Limited, of the same address, as it's Alternative Investment Fund Manager
("AIFM").

 

The Board wishes to thank Apex Fund and Corporate Services (Guernsey) Limited
and FundRock Management Company (Guernsey) Limited who previously fulfilled
these functions.

 

The Board also announces that, with effect from 3 May 2025, the Company's
registered office has changed to Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter
Port, Guernsey GY1 1AR.
