Freeman, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that his spouse, Maria Jose
Freeman, had purchased 5,500 shares in the Company.

 

Following this share transaction, Mrs Freeman holds 5,500 ordinary shares,
representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
