Intended Main Market Listing

 

Onward Opportunities Limited, the UK smaller company focussed investment
company, is pleased to announce that it is exploring the migration of its
ordinary shares to the closed ended investment fund category of the FCA's
Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange
plc (the "Migration").

 

The Board believes the Migration to be aligned with the Company's growth
ambitions and would broaden the Company's potential investor base.

 

Preparatory work to explore the Migration is underway, and if the Company
decides to proceed with these plans, it would be targeting the Migration
becoming effective in the second quarter of 2026. An application for listing
of the Company's shares on the closed ended investment fund category of the
FCA's Official List would be subject to the review and approval of the FCA,
and there is no guarantee that the Company will proceed with such a listing
