Australia's Openn Negotiation jumps on first revenue-generating deal in Canada

** Shares of Openn Negotiation  OPN.AX  jump as much as
18.8% to A$0.010, their highest since Sept 1 
    ** Online realty platform says entered a service brokerage
agreement through unit with Jump Realty Inc, Brokerage of
Ontario, Canada
    ** Adds, deal will enable Jump agents to utilise Openn's
real-time negotiation and property sales transaction software 
    ** Co didn't disclose the value of monthly fee for Jump
users, but said agreement the first revenue-generating contract
in Canada
    ** Shares post their biggest intraday pct gain since Sept 1 
    ** OPN stock down 82% this year, as of last close
