    * Reported on Monday FY revenue and operating income 7.9 
million euros ($8.36 million) versus 50.1 million euros a year 
ago 
    * FY net profit 5.7 million euros versus 42.0 million euros 
a year ago 
    * FY EBIT 5.6 million euros versus 44.3 million euros year 
ago 
    * FY EBIT result is mainly due to the deconsolidation of 
Solsonica and the contingencies for the write-offs carried out 
following the definition of the composition with creditors
