    * Announced on Monday that Gala Tech Srl, unit of Gala SpA 
 GALA.MI , has acquired  business unit of Solsonica SpA, 
executing first phase of the agreement with Solsonica SpA

SpA signed contract with Gala Tech Srl for sale of the business 
unit of Solsonica, as provided by approval issued by Court in
