March 31 (Reuters) - EEMS SpA  EEMS.MI : 
    * Reported on Wednesday that Gala SpA  GALA.MI  made payment 
of 3.2 million euros ($3.62 million) to Solsonica SpA for the 
subscription of Solsonica SpA capital increase  
    * After the subscription of the capital increase Gala SpA 
owns 100 percent of Solsonica's share capital
