    * Presents new offer of integration between company and EEMS 
Italia SpA  EEMS.MI  via acquisition of part of operations of 
Solsonica SpA 
    * Solsonica is active in renewable energy sector and in 
particular in production of photovoltaic cells and modules 
    * Company plans to buy branch of Solsonica engaged in 
production of photovoltaic cells and modules in Cittaducale 
(Rieti) Italy 
    * Plans to cancel shares of Solsonica followed by capital 
increase of Solsonica for 2.9 million euros  ($3.35 million) to 
be acquired by Gala 
    * Following transaction Gala will be sole shareholder of 
Solsonica; transaction to be concluded by July 31, 2016
