May 15 (Reuters) - Altice France has extended the exclusivity period for talks over a potential sale of SFR to a consortium of Bouygues Telecom BOUY.PA, Free-iliad Group and Orange ORAN.PA until June 5, the parties said on Friday.
The three operators raised their bid in April, valuing the Altice France assets under consideration at 20.35 billion euros ($23.69 billion), up from an earlier bid of around 17 billion euros that was swiftly rejected.
