Iliad to notify competition authorities of SFR deal in coming days, says CEO

    PARIS, June 8 (Reuters) - Iliad CEO Thomas Reynaud said on Monday that the company will notify competition authorities in the next few days of the group's plan to purchase telecoms operator SFR in a $23 billion deal with counterparts Bouygues Telecom BOUY.PA and Orange ORAN.PA.
It is not yet clear which authority will review the deal but Reynaud added it would be preferable for only one review for simplicity.
