Brief: 2014 Orapi Group turnover rises to 220.1 million euros

Jan 19 (Reuters) - Orapi SA  ORPF.PA : 
    * FY 2014 Orapi Group turnover reached 220.1 million euros 
($255.87 million), increasing by 4.7 pct on a current basis 
(+4.6 pct at constant exchange rates) compared to FY 2013 and 
decreased slightly on a like for like basis (-2.8 pct) 
    * Acquisition of Pro Hygiene Service (PHS) confirmed 
    * Definitive share purchase agreement for acquisition of PHS 
group signed on Jan. 14  
    * To establish new company consisting of Argos and PHS : 
Orapi Hygiene 
    * Confirms its targets: EBITDA > 8 pct within next 3 years 
and export sales x 3
