Brief: Orapi launches capital increase for about 6.5 million euros

June 1 (Reuters) - Orapi SA  ORPF.PA : 
    * Launches on Friday capital increase with preferential 
subscription rights for an amount of about 6.5 million euros 
($7.12 million) at a price of 9.70 euros per share 
    * To issue 669,926 new shares of nominal value of 1 euro 
each, 
    * Issue may be increased to 770,414 shares in the case of 
full exercise of the extension clause 
    * Offer is open to the public in France 
    * Subscription period will begin on June 3 and will end on 
June 12 included 
    * Subscription ratio is 4 new shares for 23 outstanding
