June 22 (Reuters) - Orapi SA  ORPF.PA : 
    * Raises 7.3 million euros ($8.3 million) in capital 
increase 
    * The capital increase of an initial amount of about 6.5 
million euros was increased to about 7.3 million euros after 
partial exercise of the extension clause 
    * Said a total of 756,267 new shares to be issued with 
capital increase
