** Energy services platform provider's shares  OEG.O  up as
much as 18% at $5.76
    ** Co's unit Orbital Solar Services wins contract to
construct a 137-megawatt solar farm in Arkansas from a North
American Fortune 100 Energy Company
    ** Co did not disclose the name of the energy company
    ** The project has an expected total value of over $64.0 mln
    ** Under the contract OSS will design, engineer, and produce
a utility-scale solar array to be delivered in early 2022
    ** Up to last close, stock nearly doubled YTD
