premarket after co announces additional project award from
Charter Communications  CHTR.O 
    ** OEG's telecom subsidiary, Gibson Technical Services, to
construct 1,910 miles of rural broadband network in Virginia

    ** New Virginia project follows co's earlier award from CHTR
for approx 8,600-miles of "full-service construction" across
Louisiana, Alabama, and North Carolina, OEG says
    ** The project scheduled to begin immediately and extend
