shares  OEG.O  down as much as 2.86% at $3.06 premarket 
    ** Co's Q2 revenue of $16.3 mln misses Refinitiv IBES

    ** OEG posts Q2 gross loss of $1.2 million vs profit of $1.0
million a year earlier, hurt by costs associated with onboarding
additional equipment, supplies and personnel
