Bid for Kitwave plc

The Board of Oryx is pleased to note the announcement of an agreed bid for
Kitwave plc at a premium of approximately 40% at the bid price of 295p per
share. On completion this will result in an increase in the net asset value of
the December 2025 valuation of approximately 9 pence per share and increase
the cash balance of Oryx by approximately £5.1m.
