Potential Cash offer Bid for Pinewood Technologies Group Plc

The Board of Oryx is pleased to note the possible cash offer for Pinewood
Technologies Group plc at a proposed bid price of 500 pence per share. Whilst
there can be no certainty that a formal bid will be made, if it does go
through, this would result in an increase to the net asset value of the
December 2025 valuation of approximately 22.5 pence per share.
