AMS-Osram seen up on AMLS business sale

** Shares in AMS-Osram  AMS.VI  are seen up 2.3% pre-market
after the Austrian sensor maker said it would sell the AMLS
business 
    ** The company signed an agreement to sell Automotive
Lighting Systems GmbH (AMLS) to Plastic Omnium  PLOF.PA  for 65

    ** "We understand this business was not profitable," Credit
Suisse says, adding the announcement is in line with disposals
strategy announced previously and should help the company reduce
debt
