Interim Management Statement
For the quarter ending 30 November 2014
Oxford Technology 2 VCT PLC presents its interim management statement for the period commencing 1 September 2014, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.3.
The Directors reviewed the valuation of its entire portfolio as at the quarter end at a Board meeting on 10 December 2014.
The unaudited net asset value per ordinary share as at 30 November 2014 (End of Period NAV) was 27p. This is the same as the last quarter ending 31 August 2014. 
The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 6,792,923.
During the quarter no new investments were made and there were no disposals. 
The Directors are not aware of any other events or transactions which have taken place between 31 August 2014 and the publication of this statement which have had a material effect on the financial position of the Company.
