Brief: Russia's Ozon announces redemption amount on $750 mln of bonds due in 2026

April 6 - Russian e-commerce firm Ozon  OZON.O :
    * Ozon announces the redemption amount in U.S. dollars in
respect
of its $750 million senior unsecured convertible bonds due 2026 
    * The company is required to redeem the aggregate par amount
of
bonds of $536 million for the U.S. dollar cash redemption amount
on the settlement date   
    * The company will make a further announcement regarding the
settlement date when further conditions are satisfied.
    * The redemption process relates to written resolutions
passed on
Oct. 25 by the holders of over 75% in principal amount of the
bonds outstanding
