Brief: Russia's Ozon extends redemption date with bondholders to March 15

Jan 30 (Reuters) - Russian e-commerce firm Ozon Holdings
PLC  OZON.O :
    * Agrees with holders of its unsecured convertible dollar
bonds to
extend redemption long stop date to March 15 from Jan. 31;
    * Says that following the company’s application to the UK
sanctions authority on Oct. 19, 2022, it awaits communication
from the UK sanctions authority indicating that no license or
authorization is required in connection with the restructuring,
or the issuing of such license, or authorization to implement
the restructuring.
