March 29 (Reuters) - Russia's Ozon said on Wednesday

    * Ozon has been granted a licence by the UK sanctions
authority
    * Licence authorises bond issuers and UK persons to effect
the
terms of the bond restructurings subject to certain conditions
    * Ozon plans to finalise Eurobond restructuring in April
