    * On June 6, 2023, we received a response from a Nasdaq
commission
concerning our appeal of the exchange’s decision to delist
Ozon’s American depositary shares
    * The commission upheld the exchange’s delisting decision
    * We have the right to challenge the delisting decision a
second
time
    * Within the next two weeks we will ask the next appellate
body,
the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council, to reconsider the
decision
