 * for HY expectedgroup's profit attributable to equity shareholders of company for period will record a decline of more than 50% 
 * Considers that decrease in the profit will not have any cash flow pressure to 
   ordinary course of business operation 
 * Pa shun pharmaceutical international-result due to net profit for same period 
   in 2015 including one-time gain in the amount of about hk$37.5 million 
   arising on changes of fair value
