Board Changes

 

The Board of Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') is pleased
to announce the appointment of Mr Roger Yates as non-executive Director and
Chairman of the Company, with effect from 13 March 2024.

 

Mr Yates was Chief Executive of Henderson Global Investors from 1999 to 2008,
prior to which he had fund management roles at Invesco/LGT and Morgan Grenfell
Asset Management. He is currently Senior Independent Director ('SID') of
Jupiter Fund Management plc, Mitie Group plc and Chair of British Biotech
Trust. He is the former SID of FTSE-100 St James's Place and of IG Group plc.
Amongst his other roles, he is also a former Chair of Electra Private Equity
plc and a former non-executive Director of JP Morgan Elect PLC.

 

 As at 13 March 2024 Mr Yates held no shares in the Company.

 

The appointment of Mr Yates is subject to ratification by shareholders at the
Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2024.

 

There is no further information required to be disclosed under Listing Rule
9.6.13 in respect of Mr Yates.

 

In addition to the above, as announced in October 2023, Mr Angus Macpherson
has retired from the Board as of 13 March 2024.
