Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.R we would like to
notify the market of the following:

Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC capital consists of 92,074,961 ordinary
shares. Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC holds 1,347,837 ordinary shares
in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Pacific Horizon
Investment Trust PLC is 90,727,124, as at 29 February 2024.

The above figure (90,727,124) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pacific Horizon
Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
