Australia's Clancy Exploration soars on Pacton Gold deal

rise as much as 50 pct to A$0.003, their biggest intraday pct
gain since April 19
    ** The company enters agreement with Canada-based Pacton
Gold Inc  PAC.V  where Pacton will acquire a 70 pct interest in

    ** Clancy's stock hits highest since Sept. 25
    ** About 3 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average of around 1.2 mln shares 
    ** Stock down 50 pct this year as of last close
