April 17 (Reuters) - Crea Planet Co Ltd  058530.KQ  : 
     
    * Says it will issue 7th series unregistered/unsecured 
convertible bonds worth of 3.2 billion won 
    * Says a 100 percent conversion rate of bonds to common 
shares at 3,171 won/share 
    * Says annual coupon rate is 6 percent and yield to maturity 
is 6 percent, and conversion period from April 19, 2018 to March 
19, 2020
