Sept 29 (Reuters) - CreaPlanet Co Ltd  058530.KQ  : 
     
    * Says it will issue 13th series unregistered and unsecured 
private convertible bonds, to raise 10 billion won in proceeds 
for operations  
    * Maturity date is Sep. 28, 2020, coupon rate is 6 percent 
and yield to maturity is 8 percent for the bonds 
    * Conversion price is 1,695 won/share and conversion ratio 
is 100 percent
