The Board of PINT announces that it has published its Notice of Annual General
Meeting (the "AGM"). In compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.3, the document has
been submitted today to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection at National Storage Mechanism | FCA
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) . Printed copies of
this document have been sent to shareholders and a copy is also available on

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on 19 June 2025 at 10 Finsbury Square,
4th Floor, London, EC2A 1AF and shareholders wishing to attend should
