Notice of Capital Markets Day

 

Pantheon Infrastructure PLC ("PINT" or the "Company"), the listed global
infrastructure fund, announces that it will host a capital markets day for
analysts and investors from 14:00-17:00 on 7 November 2023. The event will be
livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.

Attending the capital markets day will be non-executive directors, including
Chair, Vagn Sørensen, who will open the event, the PINT investment team and
members of the wider Pantheon infrastructure team in addition to a selection
of their private markets counterparties.

The event will include detail on PINT's recent investment activity, together
with an analysis of the sub-sectors and markets in which PINT is invested, and
the opportunities that these offer investors. There will also be an in-depth
review of some of PINT's investee companies.

The capital markets day will be held at IET London (2 Savoy Place, London WC2R
0BL).
