Notice Of Full Year Results and Analyst Meeting

Pantheon Infrastructure Plc ("PINT"), the listed global infrastructure fund,
will announce its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on 1
April 2025.

There will be a presentation held online for analysts at 9.00am on 1 April
