Notice Of Half Year Results and Analyst Meeting

Pantheon Infrastructure Plc ("PINT"), the listed global infrastructure fund,
will announce its half year results for the period ended 30 June 2025 on 25
September 2025.

There will be a presentation held online for analysts at 9.00am on 25
