Performance Update at 31 January 2026
Distribution Pool and Share Buybacks
During the month, PIN invested £8.3m in share buybacks, repurchasing 2,181,002 shares at a weighted average price of 382.6p per share. This price reflected an average discount of 26.4% to the prevailing net asset value (NAV) per share at the time of the transactions.
PIN has established a Distribution Pool with an opening balance of £60.0m. In the financial year to date, a further £48.4m has been allocated to the Distribution Pool, which is equivalent to 20% of the gross distributions received during the period.
Share buybacks completed in the eight months to 31 January 2026 were £53.2m. The Distribution Pool balance as at 31 January 2026 was £55.2m, providing a strong source of liquidity to support PIN's active capital management and allocation policies.

PIN announced an unaudited net asset value ("NAV") per share of 503.5p as at 31 January 2026, a decrease of -7.1p (-1.4%) from the NAV per share as at 31 December 2025.
In the month to 31 January 2026, valuation movements** were +1.2p (+0.2%), investment income** added +0.1p (+0.0%), foreign exchange movements** were -8.1p (-1.5%), share buybacks added +0.6p (+0.1%) and expenses and taxes**** were -0.9p (-0.2%).
PIN's valuation policy for private equity funds is based on the latest valuations reported by the managers of the funds in which PIN has holdings. In the case of PIN's valuation as at 31 January 2026, 6% of reported valuations are dated 31 January 2026 or later, 3% are dated 31 December 2025, 84% are dated 30 September 2025 and 7% are dated 30 June 2025. Of the 6% of valuations dated 31 January 2026 or later, 5.1% reflect the mark-to-market fair value adjustment for listed company holdings.
At 31 January 2026, PIN's private equity assets stood at £2,390m, whilst net available cash balances^ were £24m. The Asset Linked Note^^ ("ALN") outstanding as at 31 January 2026 amounted to £20m. Undrawn commitments to investments stood at £641m as at 31 January 2026, calculated using exchange rates at that date. PIN maintains a £400m^^^ multi-tranche, multi-currency revolving credit facility. As at 31 January 2026, £109m was drawn down under the credit facility and $150m (£109m GBP equivalent as at month end) of private placement notes were outstanding, resulting in a net debt to NAV ratio of 8.9%.^^^^
Net Portfolio Cash Flow
PIN received distributions of £9.6m relative to £10.8m of calls from existing commitments to private equity funds. Therefore, PIN's portfolio generated net cash of -£1.2m during the month.
New Investments
PIN made a £10.9m primary commitment to a North American venture fund.

Outstanding commitments relating to funds outside their investment period (>13 years old) were excluded from the calculation as there is a low likelihood of these being drawn. This amounted to £39.5m as at 31 January 2026.

^^^ PIN maintains a £400m multi-currency credit facility. The overall credit facility comprises facilities of US$402.3m and €115.2m and had a sterling equivalent value of £393.1m as at 31 January 2026. As at 31 January 2026, PIN had drawn down £108.9m of the credit facility.
