Transaction in own shares

 

 

PIP announces that on 26 May 2022, it bought back 125,000 Ordinary Shares of
6.7p (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.938484 pence per Ordinary share.
The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held
in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

 

 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue                         537,641,140
 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury                 147,500
 Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue  537,493,640
