Transaction in own shares

Pantheon International Plc announces that on 22 March 2024 it purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 6.7 pence each (Shares) on the
London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

Company are 470,770,182. A buyback of Ordinary Shares by the Company on any
trading day may represent a significant proportion of the daily trading volume
in the Ordinary Shares on the Exchange.
