** Drug developer firm signs binding term sheet with AVet Health for co-delopment & licensing of oral combination therapy

** Says therapy to treat osteoarthritis in companion animals

** PAR adds, co is eligible to receive upto A$1 million ($702,600.00) from AVet in development milestones

** Stock down 8.8% this year, including the day's move
