Issuance of shares, Director/PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights
 
The Parkmead Group announces that it has issued 606,968 shares (the "DSP Shares") under the Company's Deferred Share Plan (DSP). Following the issue of the DSP Shares the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
 
303,484 shares were awarded to Philip Dayer, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, under this plan. As a result, the beneficial holding of Philip Dayer has increased to 447,443 shares, representing 0.41 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
 
Accordingly, an application has been made for the 606,968 DSP Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to be on or around 27 May 2020. Post admission of the DSP Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 109,181,797 Ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 109,181,797.
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
